Steps on how you can stop receiving email notifications

Note - You won’t be able to disable email notifications that are under ‘Account Updates’ and ‘Transactions,’ as these are payments and update (Password/Email) related emails that we don't want our customers to miss.

Let us walk you through the steps on how to unsubscribe from email notifications -

1On your dashboard/homepage, click on the user icon on the top right and click on the "Settings" button.

2Next you will need to select the “Notifications” tab listed under “Your Account.”

To stop receiving email notifications about your Export, Team Exports, Facebook publishes, and Youtube publishes -

3Select ‘Export and Publishing’

4Click the toggle switches to disable the type of notifications you do not wish to receive updates.

5Select ‘Miscellaneous’

6Click the toggle switches to disable the type of notifications you do not wish to receive updates.
